Which shipping options are available and what are the cost?

All domestic orders will sent via USPS or UPS and have the option of Economy for $4.90 (5-8 business days), Standard for $9.90 (3-4 business days), and Express $19.90 (1-2 Business days).

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within the same business day if the order is placed by 3 pm on the same day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday from 9am - 4pm. An adult signature will be required for package over $750 upon delivery. Rising Sun cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Rising Sun's control.

How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777, or UPS directly at 1-(800) 742-5877 and provide your tracking number.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery for any order over $750. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, Contact Us and the Rising Sun team will arrange to have your order held at a nearby USPS/UPS location for pickup.

USPS/UPS will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Domestic returns are welcome up to 7 days after your package is received for a store credit ONLY. All items must be returned in original condition. All items purchased new with tags must be returned with tags still attached and in unworn condition. Additionally, buyer is responsible for the return shipping and handling cost. Store credit will be given for the total of the item minus shipping cost.

Can my international order be returned?

Within 7 days, international orders can be returned for in-store credit. All items purchased must be returned in the original condition and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. Rising Sun Archive will not be liable if the package is lost during transit or seized by customs.

How many days do I have to return a product?

Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 7 days from the date of delivery to the Rising Sun Archive return address listed on the shipping label.

All items must be in original condition with original tags attached (if provided). All merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

How long does it take for store credit to be issued?

Merchandise returned by mail to the return address will be processed within approximately 1-3 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Store credit will be documented and shown on your account.
